MS Outlook is email application which is globally used by email client's for personal or business email communication. MS Outlook is an application which does operated by Exchange Server therefore your email data is stores on Exchange Server as well as your local system. As you know that in Outlook your emails stores in Personal Storage Folder (.pst). An OST file is offline folder file of MS Outlook which is also created by MS Exchange Server during the synchronization between Outlook and Server. It also stores copy of Outlook emails, after crash of Exchange Server you can open Outlook emails in offline mode using OST file. In MS Outlook fix size depends of versions of MS Outlook, storage capacity is different in various editions of MS Outlook. Sometimes, Outlook email client have face problem due to oversized OST file.
